Job Description: Senior Regional Manager
For territories - Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan (additional experience preferred for – Gujarat, Himachal,
Madhya Pradesh)
Headquarter – Hisar/Chandigarh/Jaipur
Responsibilities:
 Oversee all sales and development aspects within specified area.
 Coordination and management of other team members.
 Reporting to head office, on a specified basis.
Key Skills Required -
 Have handled a team of 20+, should be excellent in team coordination and follow up.
 Should have handled an Asset under Management of 10 cr and above.
 Should be able to travel minimum 20 days in a month.
 Should have adequate knowledge of cropping pattern and agricultural trends.
Additional Skills -
 Should be competent in creating projections/planning for sales and distribution
 Field development (should have worked progressively for field development activities,
generating demands at base level).
 Should have adequate knowledge about Organic Fertilizers & pesticides.
 Should have adequate knowledge about Channel development (dealer / distributor Model
–should have appointed/managed distributors/dealers in each of the aforementioned
states).
 Adequately equipped with computer skills (Presentation, Word, Excel, E-mail, etc)
budgeting, sales plan and other necessary documents.
 Updated with latest trends in fertilizer market.
 Should have adequately knowledge about impact assessment of fertilizer usage.
 Preferably worked with Govt. Organisations.
 Should have decent experience of logistics, warehouse, and operations.
 Should be adept in creating own team.Educational Requirements: MSc /BSc (agriculture).
Experience: 7 or more years
Benefits and Compensation: 8-10 Lakhs PA
