Product: Mortgage (LAP / Home Loan)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and drive the Mortgage business across Udaipur and Jodhpur locations. The candidate will be responsible for regional business growth, team management, channel development, and portfolio quality management.Key Responsibilities:Drive Mortgage (Home Loan / Loan Against Property) business for the assigned regionManage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Relationship Managers / Sales OfficersDevelop DSA, Connector, Builder, and Open Market channelsEnsure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsMonitor portfolio quality, delinquency control, and compliance adherenceStrengthen distribution network and expand market penetrationConduct regular market visits and competitor analysisMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and channel partnersEnsure proper documentation and credit process adherenceCoordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for smooth file processingEligibility Criteria:Experience: 8–12+ years in Mortgage / LAP / Home Loan salesMinimum 2–3 years of experience in Team Handling at Regional / Zonal levelStrong exposure to DSA and Open Market sourcingProven track record of achieving high-value targetsExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong understanding of local markets (Udaipur & Jodhpur preferred)Key Skills:Mortgage SalesLoan Against Property (LAP)Home LoanRegional Sales ManagementTeam LeadershipChannel Development (DSA / Builder / Connector)Portfolio ManagementBusiness DevelopmentTarget AchievementHow to Apply:
