Job Title: CRM Executive - Customer SupportLocation: ChennaiPosition OverviewWe are looking for a CRM Executive - Customer Support to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing customer interactions efficiently, handling order processes in ERP, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring excellent customer experience through timely support and follow-ups.Key Responsibilities- Provide quotations to customers as per requirements and ensure timely communication.- Complete the Customer Code Opening Process in ERP with accuracy.- Create and manage Sales Orders in ERP in sync with assisted BOT operations.- Generate, compile, and share Sales Reports with management and relevant stakeholders.- Follow up with customers on payments to ensure timely collections.- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.- Maintain customer data and documentation in ERP for compliance and reporting.- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.Required Qualifications & Skills- B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.- 2-6 Years of Experience into ERP and Customer SupportInterested Candidates can send their Resumes or can whatsapp at 9967009259.
