  • Enable Sales teams by ensuring RFPs, proposals, pricing inputs, and campaign plans are delivered accurately and on time
  • Partner with Sales to identify friction points in the sales lifecycle and remove blockers
  • Drive consistency in sales documentation, templates, and handoffs
  • Ensure sales facing dashboards reflect accurate pipeline, delivery, and revenue data

  • Strong people leadership with sales facing maturity
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, planning, or revenue workflows
  • Ability to connect operational performance to sales outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder communication and escalation judgment
  • High ownership mindset and escalation judgment
  • Advanced Excel and reporting literacy (dashboards, trackers)

  • Graduate / Post-graduate preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Team Leader / Lead in operations, analytics, or enablement roles
  • Strong stakeholder-facing experience
  • Exposure to SOX / audit environments is a strong plus
