  • The Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Workday Operations will be responsible for daily administration, maintenance, and operations of the Workday HCM system. Key responsibilities include managing business processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring absolute data integrity.
  • The incumbent will report to the Head of HR Operations. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in Workday including hiring employees in workday, core HCM transactions (job changes, transfers, promotions), compensation cycles, and exit/offboarding.
  • Maintain and update organizational structures, job profiles, positions, compensation structures, and employee master data ensuring high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Configure and monitor business processes, approval workflows, templates, and system controls across HCM modules.
  • Ensure seamless data flow within the workday covering the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Lead data governance activities including audits, validation checks, error resolution, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Support annual processes such as performance reviews and compensation cycles ensuring timely updation of employee data and data accuracy.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, documentation, and Workday related updates.
  • Ensure confidentiality, role-based security compliance, and readiness for audits.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Workday administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master's will have an added advantage)
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and driving HR process improvements.
  • Workday Pro or HCM certification (Preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel (G-Suite will be an advantage)
