💼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 8–10+ years in International BPO (US Outbound Sales)
💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: ₹20 LPA – ₹25 LPA🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

End-to-end P&L ownership and revenue delivery
Lead US outbound sales campaigns (acquisition, cross-sell, upsell)
Drive performance through KPIs, OKRs & Balanced Scorecard
Manage large teams, attrition, and engagement strategies
Optimize dialer strategy, WFM, and campaign execution
Strong client interaction & stakeholder management
