Location- Bengaluru,Karnataka and Hydrabad,TelanganaRole-Enterprise Business development ManagerWorking hours-9.30am-6.30pmRole Summary The Enterprise Business Development Manager will lead enterprise sales and business development across assigned territories, managing the end-to-end sales cycle and driving revenue from Enterprise and B2B clients.Key Responsibilities- Drive enterprise sales from prospecting to deal closure.- Manage discovery, account mapping, SoW, PoC, objection handling, pricing, and contract negotiations- Acquire and manage relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers.- Execute solution-selling initiatives to convert target accounts.- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Operations) for deal closures.- Conduct market research, account mapping, and competitor analysis.- Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to leadership.Preferred Experience- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales.- Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals (INR 25 Lakhs+).- Experience in Employee Transportation, Software, Networking/Telecom, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, or similar enterprise solutions.- Exposure to industries such as IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Education.Skills & Traits- Strong solution-selling and negotiation skills.- High business acumen with value-based pricing understanding.- Integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
