About the Role:This role is responsible for driving business growth in the IT staffing and staff augmentation domain. The incumbent will manage the complete sales lifecycle-from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure-while building strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams and staffing partners to deliver customized workforce solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and achieve annual sales targets.- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for staff augmentation / contract staffing requirements.- Identify new business opportunities, pitch services, and develop long-term client relationships for cross-selling.- Collaborate with staffing vendors and recruitment agencies for talent fulfilment.- Generate, track, and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports for internal reviews.- Maintain strong industry connections within the local market.Must-Have Skills:- 4-8 years of experience in IT staffing or contract staffing sales- End-to-end sales cycle management (prospecting to closure)- Experience working with staffing partners / recruitment agencies- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills- Proven ability to achieve sales targets- Sales reporting and pipeline tracking experienceGood-to-Have Skills:- Bachelor's degree (technical preferred)- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Strong professional network in Bengaluru / local market- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset (ref:updazz.com)
