Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally within an HR or service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
