- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions and guidance.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers efficiently.
- Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate records.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally within an HR or service-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
