We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage, grow, and enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy execution, content creation, community engagement, campaign management, and performance analytics, ensuring consistent brand voice and measurable impact.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTube.Manage community interactions, respond to DMs/comments, and build strong brand relationships.Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns for promotions, events, and launches.Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Insights.Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.Stay updated with trends, new features, and innovations to keep the brand ahead.Coordinate with influencers and external partners (if applicable).Required Skills & Tools:Strong communication and creative content skills.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut/InShot.Experience with Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social (or similar tools).Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure ROI.Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
