Perks: Annual international travel based on target achievementsKey Responsibilities:Manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms.Develop creative content, including posts, captions, and video concepts aligned with brand messaging.Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.Create engaging graphics and visuals using tools like Canva.Generate innovative ideas to boost engagement, visibility, and brand presence.Write clear and effective social media content in both English and Hindi.Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns.Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.Candidate Requirements:Gender: Female (as the organization hires female candidates only).Experience: Minimum 1 year in social media or digital marketing.Location Proximity: Residing within 10 km driving distance from the office.Communication Skills: Strong command of English (verbal and written) and Hindi.Personality Traits: Self-motivated, extroverted, proactive, and creative.Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge of Canva; experience in digital marketing is a plus.
