We are seeking a dedicated Finance professional to join in as a Senior Controller for a Leading US headquartered IT Services company based out of Hyderabad. This role will require you to work closely with the India & US finance leadership team while being responsible for finance controllership, corporate accounting, record to report, financial reporting, and special reporting and other aspects within the domain.

Lead, continue to develop, and improve the controllership process while handling corporate accounting, record to report, financial reporting and other aspects.
Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports and prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and management.
Oversee compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Preparation and analysis of financial statements and other reports to ensure financial health and continuous growth of the company.
Develop, optimize and implement internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and ensure SOX/ISO compliance and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Oversee accounting integration, valuation and transactions for any current or future mergers & acquisitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Ensure accurate and compliant revenue recognition across various software product offerings, and term licenses, in accordance with ASC 606 and related accounting standards.

CA/MBA qualification is required.
10+ years of experience handling a similar role. Prior experience across IT/SaaS companies is a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad
