Responsible for calls monitoring/audits for sales teams & provide appropriate feedback on their performance
Drive process enhancement & Live call support via audits/escalations
Identify T&A, Process gaps from various sources and implement effective solutions
Work closely with the sales teams to achieve Quantitative & Qualitative business goals
Prepare and publish weekly/daily/monthly reports as per Process requirement
Support and coordinate with operation team to ensure quality standards are met
Identify training needs and organize Refreshers/On floor support
Proactive approach when dealing with potential bottlenecks and issues impacting the Process Quality

Required Skills

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills, Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
Superb track record in MoM sales target achievement
Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel & PowerPoint)
Strategic and creative mindset

Minimum 2 Year of work exp. with fast forward or CS division
