- Influencer Network Development & Management: Build, manage, and optimize a high-performing network of influencers, with a specific focus on YouTube creators, aligned with our private brand objectives and target audience.
- Creative Concept Generation: Develop innovative and impactful marketing concepts for defined products with specific USPs, tailoring them for key geographies and various stages of the marketing funnel.
- Campaign Execution Excellence: Oversee Influencer Executives to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of all influencer marketing campaigns, from brief to reporting.
- Data-Driven Scaling: Strategically leverage internal data and content capabilities to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and scale our influencer marketing efforts for maximum impact.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key metrics, with a primary focus on generating organic video views and ultimately driving demand generation, as evidenced by increased search volumes for our private brands.
- Relationship Management & Exclusivity: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our influencer pool to achieve exclusivity for Purplle, ultimately leading to cost optimization in influencer partnerships.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing on YouTube is essential, preferably within the beauty, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
- A strong understanding of the Indian influencer landscape and emerging trends.
- A genuine passion for content creation and an eye for engaging video formats.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop compelling marketing concepts.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with influencers, internal teams, and and stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 4 years of experience in influencer marketing.
