- Management and supervision of all the accounting and finance activities of FPA
- Managing monthly US GAAP / Stat closings
- Filing of GST and Income tax Returns
- Management and control of A/R and A/P
- Fixed Assets accounting and ensuring control over day-to-day transactions
- IC topics including payments, recompilation and documentation of transfer pricing
- Management and supervision of general ledger management/ sub ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Management and supervision of Contract Accounting as per AS 7 and Other Accounting Standards
- Tax Audits and Tax Assessments. Submission of Audit schedules and year end closing.
- Should be Qualified Accountant CA.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- strong leader and possess excellent analytical skills.
- possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administration of Accounts
- AR/AP management including creation and vendor bank charges
- Month end closing
- Payment administration
- Liaising with Statutory and Tax auditors and consultants
- Sales tax and Income tax assessments
- TDS/withholding tax compliances
- IC reconciliations
- Month end accruals
- Statutory accounts reconciliations
- General ledger management
- Finalization of statutory accounts
- Issue tax certificates
- Insurance
- Contract Documentation
- General reconciliations
- Month end forms such as KA 28, KA 12, Customer movements
- Documentation for transfer pricing
- Authorization of bank payments and reconciliations
- Monthly treasury reports
- HFM closing
- SOX Compliance related to accounts
- Secretarial and MCA filing support
- Organizing IC payment in REVAL
- Lease accounting as per Group
- Record keeping of Filed returns, notices related to income tax
