- Daily Expenses booking in ERP pertain to our Head office, Srinagar depot, Sopore depot, Anantnag depot, Ladoora, HMT and Gulmarg.
- Salary booking pertain to head office, Srinagar depot, Sopore depot, Anantnag depot, Ladoora, Gulmarg and food & beverage division.
- Reconciliation of vendors, staff advances and imprest A/c’s.
- Daily collection of food & beverage division includes payment, contra and JV.
- Collection of warehouse division, payment , contra, and JV.
- Expenses booking of warehouse division-III payment, receipt, and JV.
- Online budgetary support return submission of food & beverage division and follow up of same with department.
- Online return submission of National Sample Survey office (NSSO) of food & beverage division.
- Daily payment report to Management.
- Attending GST Queries / Audit/ Assessments pertain to our Crop Protection Division, Food & beverage division, Food & beverage UNIT-III and warehouse division..
