This is a hands-on leadership role focused on architecting and managing scalable, secure, and reliable platforms using Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and a modern DevOps toolkit.As a DevOps lead, you will be responsible for adopting DevOps best practices, and leading automation efforts. You’ll play a key role in the stability, performance, and velocity of our software delivery pipeline.WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FORLead DevOps Initiatives: Own and evolve DevOps strategy across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and observability.Azure Infrastructure Management: Design, provision, build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using best practices in Azure.Leadership: Mentor engineers, review code/config, drive cross-functional collaboration, and promote DevOps culture.Monitoring & Reliability: Implement monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or third-party tools. Drive SRE principles.Pipeline Development: Design, build, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.Security & Governance: Enforce security controls (e.g., RBAC, secrets management, network policies) across environments.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORmost importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest6+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.Direct experience with Azure services (e.g., App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Azure SQL, APIM, etc.).Extensive expertise in Azure DevOps, including Pipelines (YAML/classic), Repos, Artifacts, and Boards.Practical experience managing Kubernetes clusters (AKS) in production.Knowledge of Terraform and Helm charts.Solid scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar).Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Familiarity with Git-based workflows and GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).Deep understanding of modern CI/CD practices and tooling.Experience implementing CI/CD for .NET applications.Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar.WHAT WE VALUEBackground in security and compliance automation (DevSecOps).Experience with performance tuning and cost optimization in cloud environments.Microsoft or CNCF certifications (e.g., AZ-400, CKA, CKAD) are a plus.Soft Skills:Proficient communication and documentation skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.Effective problem-solving and ability to resolve issues.Passion for automation, scalability, and operational excellence.BENEFITSA attractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential components of any employment package.
