We take pride in cultivating an environment where all team members can grow, feel heard, valued, and empowered.If you like what we’re saying, keep reading!WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO USWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to architect, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure across Development, Staging, UAT, and Production environments. This role requires deep expertise in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep and Terraform, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure robust, secure, and efficient delivery pipelines and cloud operations.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Architect and manage infrastructure using Azure Bicep and Terraform.
Drive automation across build, test, deployment, and monitoring processes.
Define and enforce DevOps standards, governance, and best practices.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production systems.
Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMost importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest.

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in DevOps
Extensive practical experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Bicep, and Terraform.
Proficient in version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, and SVN.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, and GitHub Actions.
Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services and architecture.
Experience with Azure B2C/B2B and managing production-grade Azure environments.
Familiarity with security tools and practices in CI/CD pipelines.
Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
Advanced problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

WHAT WE VALUE

Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305).
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor.
