- The TDI Engineering Platforms and Practice group own the governance standards for SDLC across the entire firm. Our tools and platforms are used by every single development team. Our mission is to provide a frictionless software delivery experience whilst safeguarding the integrity of the software supply chain.

- Drive platform reliability, scalability, compliance and security
- Help measure and improve developer productivity and experience
- Track platform impact on speed, quality, and operational efficiency
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering
- Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
- Ability to work across teams and deliver practical solutions
- Understanding of reliability, performance, and security fundamentals
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Strong interest in modern tools, with demonstrated experimentation and continuous learning
