Key Responsibilities and Summary:Call Centre Agent Roles & Responsibilities:- Resolving customer's queries during the food delivery transit.- Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer;- Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;- Building sustainable customer relationships;- Keeping records of all conversations organized;- Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieve targets.- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.Call Centre Associate Skills:- Detail-oriented: Agents must listen carefully to customers and be able to pick up on small details to provide accurate responses to customers.- Organized: Agents need to be able to access CRM systems and track recorded conversations while speaking to customers.- Flexible: Agents have to be able to adapt to unique customer queries and situations.- Friendly/empathetic: Agents need to be able to understand a situation from a customer's perspective and have a positive attitude toward people, even when dealing with difficult problems.- Calm under pressure: Agents may have to handle hundreds of customer calls each day. They should be able to maintain composure in stressful situations.- Effective communicator: Agents need great verbal/written skills to effectively communicate with customers.- Professional: Agents must be able to apply professional behaviour with colleagues and customers to quickly and effectively resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.Desired Candidate Profile - Candidates who are Fresher/Recent Graduates/Candidates with relevant experience can apply- Fluency in communication(Tamil & Malayalam) - Familiar with MS Office Tools- Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work- Can-do attitude with ability to manage multiple tasks in tight timeline frames.- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and quality.- Must be patient and a good listener to answer customer query and concerns.- Excellent customer handling and customer engagement skills.
