This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The role involves overseeing sales operations, optimizing store performance, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across our retail locations.Qualifications and Skills

A proven track record of at least 4 years in sales, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
Proficiency in B2B Sales - ability to drive sales strategies and engage effectively with business clients (Mandatory skill).
Experience in FMCG Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market reach (Mandatory skill).
Solid understanding of Operations for effective store management and process optimization (Mandatory skill).
Competence in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and drive engagement.
Demonstrated ability in lead generation for identifying, nurturing, and converting potential business opportunities.
Experience in cold calling with strong communication and persuasion skills to build new client relationships.
Negotiation skills for simplifying deals, ensuring win-win outcomes, and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.
Ability to conduct and analyze sales analytics to derive insights and develop strategies for performance improvement.
