Senior Product Designer PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of AI, UI, and UX design principles, particularly in agentic design. With an experience range of 4-7 years, the successful candidate will contribute to designing innovative products that meet both user needs and business goals. This full-time, in-office position offers the opportunity to lead and shape the user experience across a wide range of projects.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of new features and updates from concept to release
Implement design thinking processes to tackle complex problems and provide clear design directions
Spearhead all phases of the design process including research, prototyping, usability testing, and final implementation
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle
Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience
Maintain consistency in visual elements and defining behavior such as how to display error or warning states across all components/product touchpoints

Required Skills:

Proven expertise in AI-driven design environments with strong skills in UI/UX principles
In-depth knowledge of agentic design practices
Proficient with standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision, Axure RP or similar tools.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a meticulous approach to detail and project outcomes based on user-centered design principles.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss complex creative concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences within the organization.
