We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive responsible for driving lead generation, qualification, and conversion through digital and e-commerce channels. The role requires strong communication, negotiation capabilities, and ownership of the end-to-end sales lifecycle to support business growth across domestic and international markets.Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified domestic and international leads through bulk emailing, online databases, e-commerce platforms, market research, and social media channels.
  • Identify, screen, and qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess business potential and conversion feasibility.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from inquiry handling, requirement understanding, quotation sharing, negotiation, to deal closure.
  • Engage with prospects across various e-commerce and digital platforms to drive new business opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships to improve conversion ratios and repeat business.
  • Execute pricing discussions and commercial negotiations aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Promote company offerings through platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring improved visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, customer interactions, and status updates in internal trackers/CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales coordination.
Required Skills & Competencies
