- Generate qualified domestic and international leads through bulk emailing, online databases, e-commerce platforms, market research, and social media channels.
- Identify, screen, and qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess business potential and conversion feasibility.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from inquiry handling, requirement understanding, quotation sharing, negotiation, to deal closure.
- Engage with prospects across various e-commerce and digital platforms to drive new business opportunities.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships to improve conversion ratios and repeat business.
- Execute pricing discussions and commercial negotiations aligned with organizational objectives.
- Promote company offerings through platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, ensuring improved visibility and engagement.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, customer interactions, and status updates in internal trackers/CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and inside sales.
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
- Negotiation and closure-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize opportunities effectively.
