Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our paid and organic social media strategies for B2C brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and consumer-first approach to build impactful digital brand presence.Key Responsibilities :1. Paid Media Planning & Execution- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms).- Define target audiences, bidding strategies, and creative approaches tailored to B2C consumer behavior and trends.- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.2. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization- Track and analyze campaign performance across key KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROAS).- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies to improve performance.3. Creative & Content Collaboration- Partner with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives, copies, and video content.- Conduct quality control checks on campaign creatives and setups to ensure brand compliance and accuracy.- Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand voice, guidelines, and tone.4. Trend & Market Analysis- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.- Identify new opportunities for social media growth and experimentation.- Share insights with marketing leadership to inform overall digital strategy.5. Reporting & Insights- Develop regular campaign performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and next-step strategies.- Present results and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.- Maintain dashboards for real-time campaign monitoring.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on B2C and FMCG brands.- Proven track record of managing paid campaigns on Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and digital marketing funnels.- Hands-on expertise in campaign management tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, etc.).- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, Excel/Google Sheets).- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong creative judgment with an eye for detail and brand alignment.- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (preferred).
