- To Provide an HR Administrative function to the business
- To Populate and maintain the HR database and Personal file
- To administer the benefits scheme
- Understanding the skill sets from BLM
- Sourcing the candidates by using job portals like Naukri/job posting
- Screening of the resume of the candidates, conducting initial round of telephonic interview and shortlisting the candidates based on the initial round
- Lining up the shortlisted candidates for the technical round of interview by sending them the calendar invite and coordinating these interviews with BLM
- Collecting feedback from BLM of the candidates
- Negotiating the CTC of the selected candidate and preparing and issuing of the offer letter
- Mailing the soft copy of the personal forms (Personal Datasheet) to the selected candidate and scrutinizing the filled up form once received.
- Handover the hard copy of the offer letter as well as contract to the new joinee
- Collecting the relevant documents and verifying them
- Scanning of the forms and the documents, Saving them at L Drive and filing the hardcopies in the personal file thereby creating the P file of the new joinee
- Maintaining and updating the recruitment drive sheet and one note on regular basis
- Maintaining HR Record by updating the personal files of the employee (Updating transfers, terminations, exit interview, change in job classification, confirmation etc.)
- Checking the attendance with the time log report on monthly basis to ensure that there is no discrepancy and correcting the attendance sheet accordingly after reviewing them with India HR Operations Manager
- Prepare and issue contracts of employment for employees
- Report Starters and leavers to appropriate persons and bodies in a timely manner
- Populate and maintain the HR Database (NAV) to include all information including salary and benefits. Preparation of letters, coordination for sign off and issuance and record keeping
- Probationary review confirmation letters and benefits update. For example - Maintain coordination for letter sign off and issuance.
- Deal with any payroll query related to attendance and sick pay entitlements
- Acts as sharepoint focal for HR
- Checking F&F Settlement, co-ordination with ex-employees and exit formalities
- Onboarding formalities, induction, BGV, co-ordination for new joiner setup
- Employee engagement
- Compliance - Preparation and maintaining compliance records, files and ensuring completion
- Insurance - Sending insurance data, employee queries, billing, renewal data and co-ordination, etc.
- PDP - Ensuring all employees have submitted their PDPs for HR records
- Prob. Obj - Ensuring all employees have submitted their Prob. Obj. for HR records
- JD - Ensuring JDs are updated for all employees
- Certificate in Personnel Practice
- Business Administration Practice
- Good Database Skill
- Maintain High level of confidentiality at all times, protecting both company and personnel information
- Demonstrate a good understanding of processes such as recruitment, payroll, training, administration, Performance Management
- Previous HR Experience
- Good Communication Skills both internally & externally
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Good Communication Skill
- Excellent attention to details/accuracy
- High level of Microsoft office experience in producing presentations, complex spreadsheet, letters and contracts accurately
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility
- Ability to deal with all levels of personnel in the organisation in a professional & sensitive manner
- Ability to interface effectively with other departments of the business
