A leading 5-star luxury hotel in Goa is seeking a high-performing Director of Sales & Marketing to manage strategic commercial leadership while being based remotely in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will come from a pedigree luxury hospitality background and bring strong experience in driving room & F&B revenues, brand positioning, high-end corporate & leisure sales, and international market penetration.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales, marketing & revenue strategies across key domestic and global markets
Manage relationships with premium travel partners, corporates, influencers, and luxury agencies
Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team to achieve revenue & ADR targets
Drive PR, social media, branding collaborations and luxury experiential campaigns
Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless guest experiences aligning with brand standardsDesired Profile:6-7 years of luxury hotel sales & marketing experience (5-star brands only)
Strong network across HNI, corporate and luxury travel segments
Commercially strategic, digitally savvy, and target-driven
