Lead analytics to improve turbine and offshore windfarm energy production with actionable insights
Carry out performance testing on upgrade solutions, ensuring accurate methodologies using Python and MATLAB
Define and propose new test methods for aftermarket products, reviewing customer requests and offering solutions
Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance issues and provide technical support across departments
Develop automation tools and simulation models to forecast the potential value of new solutions
Deliver findings from engineering performance data to drive improvements across engineering, supply chain, and operations teams
Partner with team leads to develop and implement new tools, procedures, and practices that elevate team knowledge and output

What You Bring

A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Engineering in field of Mechanical or Aerodynamics.
3-5 years' technical experience with deep expertise in data analysis-using Python, MATLAB, Minitab-to assess and model industrial performance
Professional background in automatic control systems, electromechanical systems, or industrial instrumentation/testing
Knowledge and hands-on experience with databases, SCADA systems, controller systems, and industrial communications
Strong skills in Power BI dashboard and data modeling; experience in technical support roles within wind or electromechanical industries
A collaborative, proactive, and persistent approach, with the ability to work across a multicultural, matrixed environment
