Wind Turbine Blade Design Engineer

• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings for the wind turbine blade components using AutoCAD and NX.
• Take into account customer specifications and industry best practices when creating the 3D model and 2D drawing.
• Create and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
• Maintain the highest level of quality by adhering to the Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to support global manufacturing operations
• Update and revise the drawings as per ad-hoc requests.
• To work independently with less supervision.

• A mechanical engineer or diploma holder with 4-8 years of experience in design.
• Experience in NX CAD and Teamcenter software.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in creating drawings using AutoCAD Mechanical is required
• Proficiency in surface modeling, composite modeling, and drafting NX, team center is desirable
• Understand the mechanical 3D parts / assembly and familiarize with GD & T.
• Experience in wind turbine blades will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience working with international clients will be an added advantage.
