- Drive crucial revenue agenda for the circle through effective UnR techniques (drive UL% / grow PF/ drive Combo Voucher / Combo to UL conv/ drive recovery% from decay base /monitor and grow ARPU).
- Continuously monitor and dialogue with CVM BDM to maximize revenue agenda through 121 campaigns.
- Responsible for Subscriber Net Additions & Revenue Earning Subscribers on Unlimited & Non Unlimited Portfolio
- Be part of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Revenue Planning team with designing marketing initiatives on the same
- Plan and Execute Usage & Retention initiatives along with CVM team and Sales team
- Identify market trends and Key opportunities for better execution of Prepaid products in different geographies across MAH
- Product Launch for UL & non UL | working in coordination with IN team & UAT team along with formulating GTM Planning & communication plan for New products
- Analysis of Product Interventions with BI team
- Competition Tracking
- Exposure to 121/ CVM process handling shall be added advantage.
- Excel/SAS/BI
- Understanding of Prepaid Charging Systems (IN/IT)
- MBA from reputed institute with 7+ years of work experience
- Analytical and Data crunching skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel
