This role partners closely with Measurement Engineering and Data Science to define appropriate models for each media channel, audience, and investment type. The PM will ensure methodological rigor, validate statistical significance, and translate complex measurement outputs into actionable insights. This role also shapes how measurement informs planning, optimizations, and performance reporting across the Collective.Preferred Qualifications:
Drive and execute the product roadmap for attribution and measurement capabilities. Define and refine sales attribution models such as LTA and MTA to match channel, audience, and investment behaviors.
Partner with Data Science and Engineering on defining requirements for media attribution and advanced measurement KPIs. Ensure statistical rigor by evaluating significance levels, variance, sample sufficiency, and model stability.
Understand how data and systems connect end to end, to integrate measurement outputs into reporting workflows and dashboard experiences.
6-9 years of experience in Product Management in Retail media or marketing environments
Experience working with attribution (LTA, MTA), incrementality, experimentation, or MMM models.
Ability to interpret complex analytical outputs and convert them into business ready insights and product requirements.
Proficiency in SQL (preferred) and comfort working with largescale data systems.
Bachelors degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with campaign measurement, retail media, marketing analytics, or AdTech ecosystems.
Familiarity of Identity and Clean room technologies
