- Sales Engineer – CP (Chicago Pneumatic) Air Compressor Sales
Territory: All of Madhya Pradesh
Experience: min. 1-2 years in direct industrial sales
Salary: ₹25,000-30,000/month (as per experience), can exceed as per the right candidate
Transport: Two-wheeler (bike) mandatory within a certain limit, after that allowed via others (will let them know at the time of interview)Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Chicago Pneumatic (CP) air compressors across MP.
- Develop and manage client accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and value-based selling.
- Provide after-sales customer support and resolve any technical issues.
- Map and benchmark against major market competitors (Elgi Equipments, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, Sullair, FS-Curtis, Kirloskar Pneumatic, Schulz, DUFFAU)
- Achieve set sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Participate in trade shows and seminars.
- Engineering graduates with good technical and commercial acumen.
- Prior sales or business development experience in industrial equipment preferred.
- Travel-ready and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills; proactive and target-driven.
- Must own a two-wheeler.
