- Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales road map targeting growth in the logistics and supply chain sector, backed by market analysis and opportunity identification.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, resources, and a performance-driven culture to consistently exceed targets.
- Drive client acquisition and retention by building long-term relationships, leading negotiations, and maintaining a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
- Leverage data and CRM tools to forecast sales, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with client needs and market trends.
- 7-10 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong focus on logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and driving significant revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Deep understanding of logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation technologies, and supply chain management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred), with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution capability.
