Chief Expert-RAMSHiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail ProjectLocation: Ahemedabad/Delhi Missions/Main Duties:This position shall report to Chief Expert-RAMS. The activities of the position shall include but not limited to: * Review of RAMS of systems under its scope during all life cycle phases.

Collection and analysis of system performance data for RAMS measurement.
Providing inputs for improvement of RAMS parameters.
Proof checking of verification & validation reports of RAMS of different sub components.
Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals. (as applicable)
Assist and coordinate with various agencies i.e. ISA, CMRS etc. for successful completion of the project.
Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

This position stands in for all roles and responsibilities of the Chief Expert- OCC during his absence. Profile/Skills:Min. Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics stream or equivalent)Experience: * Engineering Graduate with overall 15 years, or Engineering Diploma with overall 18 years of experience in Railways/Metro.

08 years of experience in management of RAMS/System Assurance during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.

*Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
