Chief Expert-SCADAHiring for Project Management Consultancy Services for Works of Signalling & Telecommunication System, SCADA System, and Ticketing System of Mumbai – Ahmedabad High Speed Rail ProjectLocation: Ahemedabad/Delhi Missions/Main Duties:This position shall report to Chief Expert-SCADA. The activities of the position shall include but not limited to: * Design review of SCADA System.

Installation, Integration, Testing & Commissioning of SCADA system.
Interfacing of SCADA System with other Systems including Electrical sub-system, and Interface document approval.
Verify completed work and prepare request for payment to contractors.
Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals.
Assist and coordinate with various agencies i.e. ISA, CMRS etc. for successful completion of the project.
Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).

This position stands in for all roles and responsibilities of the Chief Expert-SCADA during his absence. Profile/Skills:Min. Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical stream or equivalent)Experience: * Engineering Graduate with overall 15 years, or Engineering Diploma with overall 18 years of experience in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.

08 years of experience in implementation of SCADA Systems during construction phase in Rail-based Transit System project(s)*.

*Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:

High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
