Job Description:Strategic Leadership:Lead the civil engineering function and align projects with organizational objectives.Develop and implement strategies for project planning, design, execution, and delivery.Project Management:Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all sites.Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and drive timely completion.Technical Excellence:Provide expert guidance in structural design, construction methodologies, and value engineering.Evaluate drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Approve materials, techniques, and vendors for civil works.Team & Stakeholder Management:Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing civil engineering team.Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.Ensure smooth communication and reporting across stakeholders.Financial Oversight:Prepare budgets, control costs, and track project expenditures.Implement cost optimization measures while maintaining quality standards.Compliance & Safety:Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and environmental norms.Drive a culture of safety across all civil engineering functions.
