This is a full-time junior position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.   • Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in outbound calling for direct engagement with potential customers to discuss product offerings and services (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and develop long-term collaborations (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge of using Salesforce for streamlining sales processes and increasing productivity.
  • Familiarity with effective lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and drive sales.
  • Skilled in cold calling to engage and initiate conversations with prospective customers effectively.
  • Ability to handle objections diplomatically to overcome any barriers to successfully acquire clients.
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and close sales.
