The candidate should have strong experience in sales and field-force hiring and a stable career background.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (70%)Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment for sales and field roles (FC, ASM, Sales Executives, etc.)Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and local hiring channelsConduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidatesCoordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedbackEnsure timely closure of open positionsMaintain recruitment trackers and hiring MISEnsure quality hiring with low attritionHR Operations (30%)Support onboarding and joining formalitiesDocumentation and employee records maintenanceCoordination with payroll and attendance teamsHandling basic employee queriesExit formalities support and data updatesRequired Experience & Skills:Min 5 years of experience in Non-IT RecruitmentStrong experience in sales hiring / field-force hiringExposure to retail, healthcare, BFSI, telecom, or similar sectorsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentExperience in handling bulk and lateral hiringCandidate Profile (Mandatory):Stable career profile (no frequent job changes)Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitmentComfortable with volume hiring and operational supportPractical, execution-focused recruiter (not IT background)Education:Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or relevant field
