- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements clearly.
- Source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, and field sourcing.
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
- Maintain daily MIS and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure joining formalities, documentation collection, and on boarding of selected candidates.
- Build a strong pipeline for sales and credit roles.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure smooth coordination.
- Strong sourcing skills through job portals and field networks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver fast closures.
- Good understanding of finance job profiles (Sales, Credit, and Collections).
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- MS Excel knowledge (basic level: MIS, trackers).
- 1-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in NBFC/Finance sector.
- Experience: 1 to 3 Year.
