Job Description:Primary Skills/Requirements
  • Overall SAP experience of 20+ Years of Relevant experience, Minimum 15+ Years in SAP LE
  • Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of SAP LE solutions in S/4HANA environments.
  • Analyse current logistics and warehouse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend SAP best practices.
  • Design and implement solutions for Shipping, Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Deliveries, Transportation, and Warehouse movements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, WM/EWM, TM, and technical consultants.
  • Support data migration activities and ensure data consistency post-migration.
  • Participate in fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, test planning, UAT, and cutover strategies.
  • Provide production support and drive enhancements for existing SAP LE modules.
  • Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Logistics Execution including:
  • Outbound/Inbound Delivery Processing
  • Shipping & Transportation
  • Warehouse Interface / Basic WM
  • Batch Management & Handling Units
  • Integration with SD, MM, and EWM
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in S/4HANA, preferably with logistics simplifications.
  • Proven experience in global template design, rollouts, and localizations.
  • Familiarity with IDocs, ALE, EDI for logistics processes.
  • Ability to engage with business teams, gather requirements, and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • SAP certification in LE, S/4HANA Logistics, or SCM is an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP EWM, SAP TM, or SAP GTS.
