- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, while updating and maintaining quality documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and control plans.
- Ensure products and processes comply with regulatory and customer requirements, including REACH,
- RoHS, and UL specifications.
- Collect and analyze quality data, metrics, and KPIs on monthly basis for reporting to the divisional to
- identify trends, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and defect reduction, while leading initiatives to improve
- product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting regular audits and reviews of product surveillance data, providing actionable insights to
- improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively monitor and track the closure of audit observations to meet strict timelines.
- Leveraged effective coordination with cross-functional stakeholders from different regions (Asia,
- Europe, Americas) to promptly address and resolve customer complaints using the CCAR portal
- system.
- Manage the document lifecycle, including revisions, approvals, and withdrawal of outdated versions,
- ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Work closely with Regional Quality Managers and sales teams to meet customer demands.
- 9+ Yrs of relevant experience in the related field.
- 8D methodology for resolving customer complaints.
- Continual improvement tools: Kaizen, Statistical process Control (SPC) and 5S.
- Analytical tools: 7 QC tools, Why-Why analysis.
- UL product standard and its auditing.
- Maverick lot System.
- REACH and ROHS regulation standards.
- Minitab and SAPIC software.
