  • Design Intelligent Experiences: Architect seamless, smart, personalized AI-driven user journeys.
  • Lead & Inspire: Mentor and guide a design team, fostering excellence.
  • Own the Journey: Define and execute vision for key user flows (Onboarding, Discovery, Application, Retention, Monetization).
  • Drive Design Quality: Ensure top-tier UX/UI, including AI-first UX, from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate Relentlessly: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Champion Users: Drive research and data-driven decisions to create compelling experiences.
  • Elevate Our Craft: Evolve design practices and systems for consistency and scale.
  • Measure Impact: Define metrics for continuous product improvement.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 7-10 years in Product Design, with 2-3+ years leading design teams.
  • Domain Know-How: Proven mobile app design for two-sided marketplaces or high-engagement B2C platforms.
