Job Description:Position: Boot Camp- Camp ExecutiveExperience: 3-5 YearsSalary:- 3.6 LPA - 4.8 LPALocation: Mumbai,Hyderabad and PuneRoles and ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and oversee the end-to-end logistics of boot camps, including scheduling, transportation, accommodation, vendor coordination, and on-ground activities.Research and evaluate new travel destinations suitable for boot camps, considering factors like safety, accessibility, activities, and cost-effectiveness.Stay updated on travel trends, new venues, and regional opportunities to enhance future boot camp experiences.Maintain detailed reports, feedback logs, and improvement suggestions after every event with the employees.Handle virtual documentation, registration processes, pre-event communications, and post-event feedback while working remotely.Coordination with Internal Team.Skills Required:-Vendor Management & NegotiationBudgeting & Cost OptimizationMarket Research & Travel Trends Awareness
