Job Description:Position: Boot Camp- Camp ManagerExperience: 3-5 YearsSalary: - 5.4 LPA - 6.6 LPALocation: Mumbai, Hyderabad and PuneRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead destination research and evaluate new travel locations based on safety, accessibility, employee experience, and cost-effectiveness.Stay updated on travel and corporate event trends, identifying new opportunities to improve future boot camp programs.Ensure budget adherence and optimize resources without compromising on employee experience.Supervise camp staff, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all activitiesManage virtual documentation, employee registrations, pre-event communication, and post-event feedback.Act as the primary point of contact for internal leadership and employees during the camp.Ensure compliance with company policies, travel safety standards, and risk management protocols.Skills Required:-Vendor Management & NegotiationBudgeting & Cost OptimizationMarket Research & Travel Trends Awareness
