- Develop and execute HR strategies and programs that support the company's goals and align with best practices in HR management.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality talent.
- Design and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
- Develop and manage performance management systems, providing guidance and support to managers and employees in goal-setting, feedback, and performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement through effective communication, recognition programs, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance and resolution.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training and development initiatives that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and experience ensuring compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies that align with organizational goals and values.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and experience in providing performance feedback and coaching.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
