- Engage with prospects via email, and chat to understand their needs and assess fit.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate lead data and notes.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Identify and route high-potential leads to the appropriate sales representatives for follow-up.
- Track and report key metrics related to lead qualification, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Conduct light market research to support lead enrichment and segmentation efforts.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to the marketing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent with email writing
- Good at MS Excel and basic knowledge of CRM like salesforce
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
