- Identify and develop new clients to maximize regional business potential.
- Promote and sell industrial automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
- Conduct cold calls, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Lead commercial negotiations, order finalization, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage complete sales and marketing operations for the Gujarat region.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for smooth execution.
- Strong technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial networking.
- Hands-on exposure to field instruments such as TT, LT, FT, PT, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Rockwell Automation systems will be an added advantage.
- Client handling experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, specialty chemical, and packaging industries.
