Frozen Fun - Head Barista

• Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte art, and specialty drinks
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the bar and prep areas
• Manage opening and closing duties, ensuring readiness and cleanliness of the café
• Train, support, and guide junior staff and new hires in beverage preparation and customer handling
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all products
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local regulations
• Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Suggest menu improvements and seasonal beverage ideas based on customer preferences and trends

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on barista experience in a busy café or coffee shop
• Proficient in using commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
• Strong understanding of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
• Proven ability in customer service, multitasking, and teamwork
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Passionate about coffee and always eager to learn and improve

• Certification in Barista training or hospitality management
• Experience in POS and café operations software
• Basic latte art skills (advanced preferred)
• Leadership experience or interest in a future supervisory role
