About the Role:We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager with a proven background in the hospitalityindustry to lead sales of our premium ice cream range to 5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, eventplanners, and catering businesses. The ideal candidate is well-networked, understands the premiumF&B market, and can drive business growth through strategic partnerships and targeted outreach.Key Responsibilities:● Drive B2B sales of premium ice cream from premium hotels, high-end restaurants, banquets,and catering companies.● Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the HORECA and event/cateringsegments.● Develop strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Heads, andEvent Planners.● Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and repeat business.● Conduct product tastings, training sessions, and presentations tailored for the hospitalitysector.● Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and clientsatisfaction.● Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and clients● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.● Attend industry events, food exhibitions, and networking sessions to expand reach.Requirements:● Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality or F&B industry● Strong understanding of the premium hotel and restaurant ecosystem.● Proven track record of closing deals in the HORECA/catering segment.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.● Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about premium food products.● Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
