With 150+ team members, we serve Fortune 500 enterprises and innovative startups across industries.Role Summary:We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Executive to support our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who understands IT services and can translate client needs into qualified leads and meetings for the sales team.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct research to identify potential target accounts and decision-makers across global markets (US, UK, APAC).- Use outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, etc.) to prospect and qualify leads.- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).- Schedule discovery meetings and demos with qualified prospects for the Sales Head or AE.- Write engaging outreach messages, LinkedIn InMails, and cold emails tailored to client pain points.- Stay updated on industry trends and Wishtree's service offerings to position solutions effectively.- Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records and reports.Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in IT services or SaaS sales/business development.- Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot).- Strong research skills to identify right-fit prospects and accounts.- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations.Nice to Have:- Prior experience working with global clients (especially US/Europe).- Understanding of IT services like cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, or custom product development.- Exposure to tools like Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator, etc.What You'll Get:- Opportunity to grow into a senior sales role.- Work closely with a collaborative and experienced leadership team.- Performance-based growth path and learning opportunities.- Flexible work environment with a strong people-first culture.
