Responsibilities:
  • Explore possibilities of new Business, Land, JV, Collaboration, DM etc.
  • Understand Realty business, Local laws, financial modeling, Due Diligence, commercial understanding markets dynamics, competitor analysis.
  • Support BD Head in Land Acquisition.
  • Coordinate with legal, liaison, design, and project execution teams to ensure timely approvals and project kick-offs.
  • Monitor regional project performance, track key milestones, and support resolution of operational bottlenecks.
  • Liaise with local authorities, landowners, consultants, and other stakeholders to drive project feasibility and closure.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and business cases to senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate strategy, financial targets, and regulatory frameworks (RERA, DTCP, etc.).
  • Negotiate and close complex deals with a focus on maximizing value and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical business practices.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for investment.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential investors, and partners to facilitate business expansion.
Qualifications:
  • Full-time Bachelors' Degree.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law/CA/CS Preferred.
  • 7-10 Years of Experience in land acquisition, feasibility studies, and project evaluation in the real estate sector.
  • Good understanding of Real Estate business, Local Laws, financial modelling, due diligence.
